What is Yoga and Meditation? Here I am not going to give you spiritual explanation, because yoga is for everyone. A lot of people think it's a means of excersice only, there is a lot more to it. One of major purposes of yoga is to balance oneself in the most scientific manner. Every pose is designed to balance your left and right brain. Meditation helps you access your unconcious to rewire your old programs, even prayers are a verity of meditation, and that's why when you pray often good results are seen in your life. It increases your awareness and it helps you stay more present in the now. A lot of people have a misconception that yoga is religious or cultural. But in every culture, every religion there are displined practices taught to access your brain and yoga also does the same with out separating people through culture, or religion or race.
