**Terms and Conditions for Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina Services**
**1. Scope of Services**
By engaging in services provided by Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina and their staff—including coaching, instruction, healing sessions, past life regressions, meditations, personal advice, and workshops—the Client accepts and agrees to all terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services, whether delivered in person or online, and include all informal or formal communication via text, phone, email, or social media.
**2. Acknowledgment of Nature of Services**
The Client understands that Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina and their staff provide guidance based on energy practices, yoga theory, spiritual healing, lifestyle philosophy, grief support, and Ascension coaching. The Client agrees not to hold Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina to a higher standard of care than required by applicable standards.
**3. Non-Substitution of Professional Care**
Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina and their staff are not licensed psychologists or healthcare professionals, and their services do not replace medical or psychological care. Clients are advised to consult licensed health professionals as needed. Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medicine, or interfere with treatment by healthcare providers.
**4. Emergency Protocols**
In cases of mental health crises, suicidal thoughts, or domestic abuse, the Client is directed to contact the appropriate helpline or government-provided services, in all countries. For U.S. citizens, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline offers 24/7 confidential support. Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina is not liable for crises or emergency situations and encourages the Client to seek immediate help from professional resources.
**5. Participation at Own Risk**
The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with engaging in energy work, Ascension coaching, and other healing modalities, which may involve physical contact in person. These sessions focus on pain management, stress reduction, and relaxation, and are not substitutes for medical care. Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or financial losses unless directly caused by professional negligence.
**6. Assumption of Risk for COVID-19**
By participating in services, the Client acknowledges the potential risk of exposure to COVID-19 and agrees to hold Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina harmless for any exposure. While Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina adheres to state, federal, and CDC guidelines, it cannot guarantee the absence of COVID-19 or other health risks during sessions.
**7. Removal from Services**
Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina reserves the right to discontinue services for any Client at any time, in alignment with their protocols. In the event of such a removal, the Client agrees not to hold Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, financial, or other damages resulting from this action.
**8. No Refund Policy**
- **General Services**: Payments for services, products, coaching, events, and workshops are non-refundable. Claims for refunds are considered void, and all sales are final.
- **Appointment Cancellations**: Individual sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellations, allowing rescheduling within 15 days. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.
- **Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina Cancellations**: If Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina cancels a service, a reschedule is offered. Refunds will only be issued if Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina cancels due to its own internal decision-making, and refunds will be processed within one month.
**9. Product Purchased from Twin Flames Universe**
The Client understands that Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina is not responsible for any refund claims or issues related to products purchased from Twin Flames Universe. This transaction is strictly between the Client and Twin Flames Universe. The Client acknowledges that Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina and their staff are not liable for any problems that may arise from this separate transaction.
**10. Privacy and Confidentiality**
Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina. Violation of this policy will result in termination of services without refund and potential legal action for breach of trust. The Client also agrees to refrain from any abusive, hateful, or inappropriate behavior towards Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina staff; any such conduct will result in termination of all services with no refund.
**11. Non-Disclosure Agreement**
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Client consents to maintain confidentiality regarding all communication with Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina, including but not limited to sessions, messages, or any other discussions. No information from the sessions may be shared outside of the session environment.
**12. Payment Policy**
Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina accepts various payment methods, including cash, Google Pay, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, and Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome, as Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina makes no guarantees of specific results from services rendered.
**13. Client Cooperation and Results**
The Client understands that cooperation, attendance, and adherence to instructions are essential for optimal results. Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina does not guarantee specific results, and fees are solely for the energy exchange and services provided.
**14. Expiration of Unused Services**
Unused credits, packages, or services expire within the specified timeframes set forth in any package or booking agreement.
**15. Dispute Resolution**
- **Termination of Services**: In the event of a dispute, Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina reserves the right to immediately end all relations with the Client without further explanation or refund.
- **Release of Liability**: By participating in services, the Client releases Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina from all claims for physical, mental, emotional, financial, or other damages related to participation, including in the event of termination.
**16. Event/Group Coaching Cancellation Policy**
Registrations for events, workshops, or group coaching are non-refundable and non-reschedulable in cases of Client-initiated cancellation. If Divine Healing Love / Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina cancels an event, registrants will be offered a reschedule.
**17. Discount Policies**
Discounted services are subject to the same terms, including cancellation policies, as standard services.
**18.I agree not to pursue legal action or social media action against Divine Healing Love, its staff, or Ascension Coach Arshiya Naina.
