In consideration and as an inducement of participating in service, coaching, instruction, personal healing sessions, past life regressions, meditations, products, workshops, and any personal advices via text messages through phone, email, social media (online & in person) formal or informal contact or communication provided by Divine Healing Love and their staff; the Client agrees in full to the following:

I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction, advice and teachings in body posture and mechanics based on energetic practices, yoga theory, spiritual healing techniques, lifestyle philosophy, and grief support techniques, Ascension coaching, healing modalities as prescribed by Divine Healing Love and their staff. I will not hold Divine Healing Love to any higher standard of care than applicable.

I understand that incase of any situation of me hurting my self or attempt to suicide, I will contact the Suicidal Govt help line number in my country or the one provided here for US CITIZENS. U.S. crisis hotlines listed - please ensure they're updated. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) provides 24/7 free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress across the United States. Call if you need help.

I will not hold Divine Healings Love and their staff any mental, physical, emotional, financial and any other damages or problems you face.

 

I understand and agree that Divine Healings Love and their staff can remove any one as per their protocols at any point of time from all their services, healings, courses, and products provided.

I understand by voluntarily Participating in spiritual coaching and all the services, products, advise, instructions provided by Divine Healing Love and their staff that I am acknowledging that Divine Healings love and their staff are not Licensed Psychologists or Health Care Professionals and our services do not replace the care of Psychologists or other Health Care Professionals. *

 

I understand that sessions are one on one and group, on any online video call platform, incase of any complaints or discomforts, I will not hold Divine healing love and their staff responsible for any promiscuous event, issue or complaints situation in online or personal classes.

I understand that the energy work session, Ascension coaching, workshops, products, instructions given involves a natural hands-on method of mind, body, energy balancing for the purpose of pain management, stress reduction, and relaxation. I understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

I understand that energy work practitioners and Divine healings love and their staff do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe medicines, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I have.

I understand that the practitioner will be placing hands on me during the energy work for in person sessions.

I release Divine Healing Love and their staff from any liability for injuries or health issues or financial losses that are not directly or proximately caused by professional negligence.

in any situations of disputes or dissatisfaction from all service, products, coaching, instructions from Divine healings love and their staff, no refunds or any compensations will be provided, all claims of damage will also be considered null and void. I here by understand this policy and agree to it. I release holding Divine healings love accountable for the above mentioned and is free to forfeit the services from them as per my choice.

I understand that if feel I am experiencing a mental health crisis or are feeling suicidal, or facing domestic abuse or violence, I immediately contact the National Suicide Prevention and National/government emergency support * I understand and Take up full responsibility for it.

I understand that these actions do not constitute a diagnosis from a licensed physician, chiropractor, acupuncturist, or other health care physician I may seek such services at any time I see necessary.

Assumption of Risk of Exposure to COVID-19

By engaging in these Services, I am aware that I agree to fully accept all known and unknown risks, including the potential risk of exposure to respiratory illnesses or other illnesses, diseases, or conditions, including but not limited to the coronavirus known as COVID-19. The coronavirus COVID-19 is primarily transmitted via exhaled respiratory droplets, most often through coughing, sneezing and breathing in close proximity to another person. These droplets can travel up to six feet and are more commonly transmitted between persons rather than from equipment to persons.  Although the Service Provider is complying with state laws, executive orders by the governor, federal laws, local laws, and CDC guidelines regarding cleaning, disinfecting and practices which reduce the potential for exposure to COVID-19, I understand that I may be exposed to COVID-19 or its symptoms through no fault of the Service Provider’s. Known coronavirus symptoms include fever, coughing, shortness of breath, pneumonia, kidney failure, and may include additional or other symptoms, stroke or even death (collectively referred to as “Symptoms”). I understand and agree to hold the Service Provider harmless and not liable for any real or perceived Symptoms of COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, or condition, nor for exacerbating any existing Symptoms of any illness, disease or condition, and I fully agree to accept these and all other known and unknown risks of receiving Services from the Service Provider.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice for cancellation is required for one on one appointments in coaching, sessions healing and all other services. Clients are to re-book their canceled appointment with in 15 days, If not the appointment automatically will be considered as a no show and will be charged. Any no-shows and late arrivals will be charged and are non refundable. A late arrival appointment will be truncated to end at the set time for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals over 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged. If any cancellations by Divine Healing Love, registrants will be notified via email and will receive a rescheduling. No Refunds will be provided.

 

If any cancellations happen from Divine healings Love and staff due to any last minute errors or emergency from our end, then a reschedule will be provided from our end and they can book the next available date using the calendar provided to the client.

Note*: When Divine healings Love and any staff is feeling not guided to coach a client due to any reasons and session has been booked already by the client, we claim and have all the rights to cancel the existing sessions with the client and end the relationship with the client and release them fully free of any obligations of any mental, physical, emotional, financial and any other damages or problems the client faces. The sessions that are already paid for by the clients and is subject to cancellation from our end due to the above mentioned will be initiated with a refund process and settled with in a months time, and not effective immediately.

 

When Divine healings Love and any staff is feeling not guided to coach a client due to any reasons, we claim and have all the rights to end the relationship with the client and release them fully free of any obligations of any mental, physical, emotional, financial and any other damages or problems you face.

 

Note* I understand and Agree that Divine healings love or the staff is not held responsible for any refund and cancellation disputes from my end and their end.

I understand  and agree that once I am removed from coaching or healing by Divine Healing Love and staff, I will not hold Divine Healings Love and their staff any mental, physical, emotional, financial and any other damages or problems you face due to any cancellation, all the above written and if I am removed from coaching or healing.

Dispute policy: 

Any dispute with the client will be escalated and will be seen as an end to all relationship with Divine healings Love and Staff, Divine healings love and our staff holds full rights on not to engage with disputes with the client related all issue that has arisen due to dispute and the client will be effective immediately released and removed free of any questions, replies and explanations from our end. 

I understand  and agree that once I am removed from coaching or healing by Divine Healing Love and staff, I will not hold Divine Healings Love and their staff any mental, physical, emotional, financial and any other damages or problems you face due to any cancellation, all the above written and if I am removed from coaching or healing.

 

Privacy Policy:

Any video recording of the zoom sessions are not allowed as per the government guidelines, as no personal record or information are allowed to be stored with out legal permit. Any recording or collection of data with out Divine Healings Loves or staff knowledge is considered a breech of rules, the client will stand a chance of termination of their sessions, packages and membership with zero refunds,  any relationship with divine healings love and our staffs will be discontinued as it's a breach of trust.

Any act of breech of trust, manipulation, bad language, hate speech, bullying, or act of anger, misbehaviour with the staff will be effective immediate considered as an offence, where the clients remaining sessions, packages and membership will be cancelled with zero refunds and they will no longer be allowed to work with divine healings love and their staff. Any further attempt to continue any of the written above statements is considered illegal and is eligible for reporting legally along with legal claims and compensation for emotional damage towards Divine Healings Loves and our staff.

Event/Group coaching Cancellation Policy

Clients who register for events, workshops group coaching are not eligible for any refund. Any cancellation from clients on group coaching, work shops, and events are non reschedule able and Non Refundable if any cancellation from clients end. If an event is cancelled by Divine Healing Love, registrants will be notified via email and will receive a rescheduling where it is non refundable.

Event, Service, Product, Coaching, Sessions and Sales Refunds
 

No Refunds will be provided for all listed above services, coaching, events and products availed, any claims for refund after payment is considered as dispute and considered null and void.
 

Payments

Divine Healing Love accepts cash, google pay, bank account transfer, credit card, Pay Pal, and Stripe.

Client Cooperation

The Client understands that lack of cooperation, failure to keep appointments, and failure to follow all instruction is Client’s own choice and may diminish the results or necessitate additional education at additional cost.

Client recognise this Agreement is not a guarantee of results and deals solely with the services products, healing and education to be rendered and the fees to be paid for the energy exchange, services, healing, products, education, and coaching provided. The Client’s payment obligation is not contingent upon the outcome.

Discount policies

​

Client to follow and is in agreement with all discount policies written in the package or booking services While booking. Same cancellation policies, terms and conditions apply for discounted services too.

Expiration
Unused visits or credits will expire if not used or rescheduled within as per the mentioned days in the package/coupons/ticket/mail/services issued.
